I’m Carrie and I am 21 years old. I’m currently a senior Digital Information Design major at Winthrop. I’m here at The Hive for my senior synthesis class. I’m very excited that our class is involved in The Hive. I feel like we will learn much more by interacting with students from York Tech and people in the local professional world. I feel so lucky to get to work with Children’s Attention Home to help create their online presence. I appreciate this experience and the chance to put what I’ve learned to good use.

I was connected with The Hive through the DIFD Senior Synthesis class at Winthrop. I feel like this is going to be a great experience and can’t wait to see how it develops as the semester progresses. Collaboration through The Hive allows us to gain realistic work experience with real clients while providing us with resources that we might not have otherwise.
