About The Quest Program The Quest Program, also known as Classroom without Walls, is being pioneered by Derek McQuiston and his 5th grade class in Rock Hill, SC. Classroom without Walls is a public school program, housed at York Road Elementary School. About Catawba Care The Catawba Care Coalition, as it was originally named, formed in 1994 to serve the HIV+ community in York, Chester and Lancaster counties. Over the years of their service they expanded, became a non-profit, and were able to open up their own on-site clinic. The CCC merged with York County AIDS Prevention Network and the Catawba AIDS Prevention Network and changed their organization’s name to Catawba Care (CC).
